These research based strategies ensure they’re meeting and exceeding their daily objectives and developing the necessary leadership skills to grow in their careers.

Roxanne works with middle and high school students in coaching them through the process of “how to do school.” This entails finding ways to leverage their learning styles and assistive technology to get the work done, build study skills, and be their own advocates.
Roxanne believes in partnerships with parents and teachers. She meets families where they are and leads them through a process that enables them to work better individually and together. Her honesty and perceptiveness allow her to establish rapport with family members and gently teach more effective ways of dealing with each other and their challenges by:
- Setting realistic expectations
- Teaching brain development as it relates to executive skills and how to meet your student/ child where they are
- Reviewing the art of delivery, meaning how you say it matters
Yoga For SCHOOLS AND EDUCATORS

Breathing techniques are taught to:
- Illicit a positive change in mood and attitude
- Increase or decrease energy levels
- Ability to focus and direct thoughts
Physical postures aimed at balance, flexibility and strength are practiced to:
- Invite a longer attention span and boost memory
- Improve posture and increase lung capacity
- Enhance the mind-body connection
The mental and physical benefits of this yoga will allow both student and educator to find release, embrace a positive attitude and embrace individual potential.
