Nutrition/Health

DMHP provides health and nutrition coaching which effects overall performance of employees and management. We can create individual health and nutrition programs specific to each employee or as a group. We provide educational presentation on various health and wellness topics as well as individual consultations and plans. 

Mindset

DMHP will work with your business to develop and train the proper mindset for success and resilience. Mindset is the catalyst of actions and patterns of behavior. The proper mindset can accelerate performance to levels above mediocracy on a consistent basis. The proper mindset can change behavior patterns to ones of optimal performance and productivity. Mindset guides the ability to manage stress, ability to perform under stress and ability to be flexible to adapt to circumstances and environment. 

Yoga/Flexibility

Corporate wellness yoga is a natural approach to the physical and mental health of employees. Long hours, competition, commute, sedentary desk jobs that invite bad posture are just some of the challenges workers face and are able to combat with yoga. 

Breathing techniques, short guided meditation and physical practice allow employees to:

  • Strengthen postural muscles and awareness allowing for a healthier body
  • Expand awareness of breath and lung capacity allowing for enhanced creativity and focus
  • Balance mind and body allowing employees to work peacefully despite a hectic environment.

Regular yoga sessions help employees manage stress, improve communication, cultivate individuality and over increase the health and effectiveness of the workplace.
